Our Impact

Our efforts have resulted in empowered individuals and stronger communities.

EDUCATION

Jamaica: Amity Hall Library

The Amity Hall Library, located in the Amity Hall District of St. Thomas, is a pioneering establishment in Jamaica. Founded by Martel Cole, it is the only operational library in the area, with the nearest one being more than 30 miles away. This library provides a safe environment for young people to nurture their creativity and academic interests. It also serves the community by providing essential training, computer facilities, a wide range of books, and various classes, some of which were previously available through the HEART/NSTA of Jamaica. Today, the library stands as a central hub in the community, leading the way in transforming many lives.

Economic Empowerment

Maryland: Partnership with Marian House

In Baltimore, we partner with Marian House, a shelter providing transitional and permanent housing for women. Our collaboration focuses on offering financial literacy workshops to empower women to achieve financial independence. By equipping women with the skills and knowledge to manage their finances, we support their journey toward self-sufficiency and stability.

Community Resilience & Food Security

"B" FOR BELIEVE IN BELIZE

Launched in January 2020, the Belize project began with a clothing and food drive during the early stages of the COVID-19 pandemic. This initiative addresses poverty and provides educational assistance to underserved Mayan and other communities in Belize. Since its inception, we have distributed food, clothing, and essential supplies, and collaborated with local organizations to fund scholarships for Belizean youth. Our efforts are focused on supporting education and building community resilience.
